Owner

Summary

Adds an MIT LICENSE for this repo's own files (Dockerfile, Makefile, scripts, workflows, docs). The move to vicoli-oss had already landed on main (#19), and a check found no paths left to change.

 ./
+├── LICENSE        # MIT, Copyright (c) 2026 Alexander Pirsig
 ├── Dockerfile
 ├── Makefile
 └── ...

The Image's licensing (GPL-3.0 software from Upstream) isn't mentioned here. #7 (OCI labels) and #9 (README) cover it.

Evidence

Old path: git grep 'vicoli/docker-forgejo-mcp' finds nothing (exit 1). A wider search for a vicoli owner (git grep -nP 'vicoli(?![-.]|__)') only finds the org named in prose (GLOSSARY, ADR 0004). The only old-style path is code.vicoli.de/vicoli/forgejo-mcp, which ADR 0004 cites as a rejected option. That line is history and stays.

API against the new path:

$ fj issue view 5
Set up vicoli-oss, move the repo, and store the package token #5
By piscis — Closed

$ curl -sS -w "HTTP %{http_code}" -H "Authorization: token $FORGEJO_TOKEN" \
    ".../repos/vicoli-oss/docker-forgejo-mcp/issues?state=open&type=issues"
HTTP 200   → JSON list, 5 issues [14, 9, 8, 7, 6]

$ curl ... ".../repos/vicoli-oss/docker-forgejo-mcp/issues/14/dependencies"
HTTP 200

Neither call hit a 301 "Moved Permanently".

LICENSE: the standard MIT text is in the repo root.

Merge Danger

Door: two-way

Blast Radius: none

The change is one new file, with no build, CI or Image changes.

Maintainer to-do (not a repo change)

Other clones still point at the old path. In each one, run:

git remote set-url origin https://code.vicoli.de/vicoli-oss/docker-forgejo-mcp.git

Note: the skills vendored under .agents/skills/ (from mattpocock/skills, see skills-lock.json) come from third parties. This LICENSE doesn't cover them.

Closes #14
