Summary

Sets this repo up for the Matt Pocock engineering skills and adds two commit and PR skills from piscis/agent-skills.

Skill config: CLAUDE.md (symlinked as AGENTS.md) gets an ## Agent skills section pointing to docs/agents/:
- issue-tracker.md: issues live on Forgejo at code.vicoli.de and are managed with the fj CLI. Anything fj can't do, such as issue dependencies, goes through the REST API.
- triage-labels.md: the default five-label triage vocabulary.
- domain.md: single-context layout, with GLOSSARY.md and docs/adr/ at the repo root.
New skills: commit-push-pr and conventional-commit, installed via npx skills and pinned in skills-lock.json.

The triage and wayfinder labels have already been created on the Forgejo repo.

Notes

To open PRs on Forgejo, commit-push-pr needs a Forgejo MCP server (it expects one named user-forgejo).

chore(skills): add commit-push-pr and conventional-commit skills 9aa08f1dcc

- Install commit-push-pr and conventional-commit from piscis/agent-skills
  under .agents/skills
- Symlink both into .claude/skills for Claude Code discovery
- Pin their sources in skills-lock.json

- Add CLAUDE.md with an Agent skills section, symlinked as AGENTS.md
- Document the Forgejo issue tracker workflow using the fj CLI
- Record the default triage label vocabulary
- Use the single-context domain docs layout
