Summary

Records the decisions from planning the multi-arch forgejo-mcp Image, so the implementation tickets (#3–#9) can refer to them.

GLOSSARY.md: defines Upstream, Upstream Version, Image, Rebuild, Consumer and Pin
ADR 0001: build the Image from Upstream source (multi-arch) instead of using Upstream's amd64-only image
ADR 0002: build from the canonical Upstream at git.b4mad.industries, not the read-only Codeberg mirror
ADR 0003: tag scheme that mirrors the Upstream Version, plus immutable X.Y.Z-rN Rebuild tags

Docs only; no code or CI changes.
